Our "regular" size is a 2 quart aluminum pan. Serves approximately 12 people.
Our "large" size is a 3 quart aluminum pan. Serves approximately 18 people.
Our "party" size is a 7 quart aluminum pan. Serves approximately 42 people.
The ideal amount of boneless meat per person is 1/3 lb to 1/2 lb. For Ribs, 1 rack of our baby backs can feed 3 people, when sides are also being served (that's approximately 3 bones per person). Planning a little higher can account for the possibility that some guests might indulge in seconds or thirds.
Plan for approximately 3/4 cup (6oz serving) of each side dish per person. Guests do tend to load up more on their favorite sides, so having a little extra can't hurt.
